摘要
马鞍山市以"农田四变"(小田变大田、闲田变忙田、差田变良田、蟹田变稻田),系统推进"小田变大田",着力解决土地细碎化经营问题,探索发展新型农村集体经济,赋予农民更加充分财产权益,闯出了一条"小田变大田"的独特模式,受到全国广泛关注,做法被2023 年中央一号文件吸收,值得研究借鉴.
Abstract
With"four changes in farmland"(small fields into large fields,idle fields into busy fields,poor fields into good fields,crab fields into paddy fields),Ma'anshan City has systematically promoted"small fields into large fields".It also creats a unique model of"small fields into large fields";focusing on solving the problem of land fragmentation management,exploring and developing a new type of rural collective economy,giving farmers more full property rights and interests.This mode has attracted widespread attention across the country,whose practice was absorbed by the No.1 central document in 2023,and deserves studying and learning.
