The training of public personnel is of great significance,which is an important content of personnel and talent management of the Party and the government,and an important way to improve the overall quality of the public personnel.The special and exclusive nature of the work of public institutions determines that regular and institutionalized on-the-job training must be carried out for the staff.Among them,Hunan Province has reformed the traditional training mode,with the Department of Human Resources and Social Se-curity coordinating the training work of public institutions throughout the province.Three specialized training companies have been public-ly tendered nationwide to provide high-quality courses,and a dedicated training platform has been established to provide open and se-lectable training courses for staff in public institutions throughout the province.This new approach has attracted much attention from mul-tiple Parties.Therefore,the research group selected Hunan Province as a case and conducted research through participation in evalua-tion,special research and necessary literature collation.
