Artificial Intelligence Empowering New Type of Corruption Governance:Mechanisms,Challenges,and Paths
the new type of corruption is the product of the evolution of traditional corruption in the era of digital intelligence.Compared with the traditional corruption,the new type of corruption presents new characteristics,such as the complexity of the subject,the concealment of the form,the confusion of the means,and the extensiveness of the harm.Due to the characteristics of strong analytical ability,fast run-ning speed,extensive and diversified data,artificial intelligence has unique advantages in the application of new corruption control.From the perspective of practical application,there are still some problems in the process of empowering new corruption governance by artificial intelligence,such as inadequate concept cog-nition,unimpeded operation mechanism,lack of professional talents,and prominent ethical risks.Based on the existing problems and future needs of the new corruption governance work,we should make concerted efforts from the four dimensions of theory,system,talent and ethics to realize the integrated path innovation of AI empowering new type of corruption governance,stimulate the potential ability of AI,and further en-hance the modernization level of national corruption governance.
