How the Community Building Projects are Effective:A Basis of the Perspective of Performance Auditing
Building for community is a new type of community governance based on community pub-lic space and community residential community.Through the operation of community construction pro-jects,resources inside and outside the community can be integrated,collective actions of community resi-dents can be stimulated,participation of community residents can be enhanced,and the sense of belong-ings of community residents can be enhanced,thus effectively promoting community governance and de-velopment.Practice has shown that performance auditing can supervise the use of special funds for com-munity construction projects and evaluate the operation effect of community construction projects.There-fore,based on the research perspective of performance auditing,this article analyzes the operation process of community construction projects in order to standardize the management of community construction pro-jects,thereby ensuring their effectiveness and promoting their sustainable development.
