Research on the Cultural Construction of Inner-Party laws and Regulations from the Perspective of the Execution Enhancement
The inner-Party law enforcement culture has the characteristics of advanced nature,the people's nature and the rule of law,and there is a logical relationship between the culture and the implementation of laws and regulations.Taking the executing subject as the object of action and external education and self-internalization as the path of action can effectively leverage the internal driving role of the Party's regulatory enforcement culture in enhancing execution power.In view of the current ineffective implementation of inner-Party regulations by some Party members and cadres,we should find the causes from the perspective of implementation culture,strengthen organizational leadership,refine work priorities,strengthen supervision and discipline enforcement,and promote the efficient construction of inner-Party regulations implementation culture.
