Empower the Construction of Innovation-driven Platform in Science and Technology Finance——Taking Qin Chuangyuan as an Example
Innovation is the first driving force for development.The construction of Qinchuangyuan innovation-driven platform needs the support of technology and finance.This paper starts with the logical idea of science and technology finance supporting the inno-vation-driven platform of Qin Chuangyuan,summarizes the current status of the development of science and technology finance in the construction of the platform,and finds that there are problems such as financing difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises,a limited number of financial institutions,a small number of listed companies,and insufficient ability to leverage the capital market.We should enhance the strategic position,look at the whole province,focus on Xi'an,and focus on Xixian New Area,and build reasonable and effective scientific and technological financial from the aspects of improving the strategic position,attracting various venture capital institutions,building a multi-level capital markets,and innovating scientific and technological financial financial products,and support the construction of the innovation-driven platform for Qin Chuangyuan.
