Digital transformation has become a new trend and new driving force for enterprise development,but its antecedents and internal mechanisms are still lacking in discussion.In order to enrich the influen-cing factors of enterprise digital transformation and provide theoretical guidance for enterprise digital trans-formation,this study examines the impact of foreign social networks on enterprise digital transformation and its intermediary mechanism.Through the analysis of 188 valid questionnaires from manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province,it is found that foreign social networks have a significant positive impact on the digital transformation of enterprises;strategic orientation plays a complete mediating role between foreign social networks and enterprise digital transformation;knowledge search plays a partial mediating role between foreign social networks and enterprise digital transformation;and strategic orientation and knowledge search play a chain mediating role between foreign social networks and enterprise digital trans-formation.
