Empowerment and Risk of Technology Governance:Entanglement and Balance
In the context of the intelligent revolution,the discussion on technology governance is more in-tense than ever,and its core focus is on empowerment and risk.In the process of technology governance development,empowerment and risks are entangled with each other,forming different game states.In order to transcend the out-of-control and stagnant technology governance and achieve a balanced game state,this research returns to the origin of technology and governance,and analyzes technology governance from the perspective of justice value.Technology is originally equal,and technology governance can meet the prin-ciple of equality and promote social equality through design;however,the uncertainty and moldability of technology also make the issue of justice more complicated.There is no way out of this dilemma of technol-ogy governance,and it is not necessary to get rid of it.The focus is on transforming more technology gov-ernance into effective governance technologies through limited empowerment and"valuation".
