摘要

由于网络交易存在虚拟性等原因,导致网购食品存在较严重的质量安全问题.在梳理网购食品供应链的基础上,运用内容分析法、关键环节识别法,构建关键环节责任主体间的演化博弈模型,探索提升网购食品质量安全水平的有效控制措施.结果表明:网购食品质量安全问题的关键环节包括供应商提供劣质原料、生产商使用劣质原料及生产环境不卫生、平台生产环境及储运环境不卫生;签订内部契约可以明确双方的责任,促使生产商对供应商提供的原料进行严格检查,从而规制供应商的违法行为;平台应当充分发挥监管作用,以规制生产商的违法行为.

Abstract

There are serious quality and safety problems with online shopping food due to the virtual nature of online transactions and other reasons.In this study,we sort out the online shopping food supply chain and develop an evolutionary game model involving responsible subjects in critical links using the content analysis method and key link identification method,in order to explore effective control measures to improve the quality and safety level of online shopping food.It is demonstrated that the critical link of online shopping food quality and safety problems include suppliers providing inferior raw materials,producers using inferior raw materials and unhygienic production environment,and platforms with unhygienic production environment and storage and transportation environment.Thus,signing an internal contract can clarify the responsibilities of both parties and prompt producers to strictly check the raw materials provided by suppliers,and regulates the illegal behaviors of the suppliers.The platforms should give full play to its regulatory role so as to regu-late the illegal behaviors of producers.
