日本东京湾区是国际四大湾区之一,高等教育作为创新主体在其崛起的过程中发挥了重要作用.一方面,高等教育积极发挥自身功能,通过人才培养、科研产出以及区域服务等措施深度契合东京湾区发展需求,推动东京湾区走向科技创新发展.另一方面,高等教育积极与区域内其他创新主体合作互动,通过紧密完整的产学官合作机制,发挥高校的潜力与优势,实现创新资源的整合再配置,为东京湾区创新发展提供了更多的可能.东京湾区高等教育成功助力东京湾区建设成为国际科技创新中心,将为我国高等教育参与国际科技创新中心建设提供相应启示和思路.
Higher Educations'Participation in the Construction of International Science and Technology Innovation Center:The Experiences of Tokyo Bay Area
Tokyo Bay Area is one of the four major international bay areas,and higher education,as one of the main entities of innovation,has played an important role in its rise.Higher education has been actively utilizing its own functions to meet the development needs of the Tokyo Bay Area through talent cultivation,scientific research output,and regional services so as to promote the development of science and technology innovation in the Tokyo Bay Area.Moreover,higher education actively cooperates and interacts with other innovation entities in the area,and through the close and complete industry-academia-govern-ment cooperation mechanism,it gives full play to the potentials and advantages of higher education institu-tions,realizes the integration and reallocation of innovation resources,and provides more possibilities for the innovation development of the Tokyo Bay Area.The success of higher education in Tokyo Bay Area in helping Tokyo Bay Area to build into an international science and technology innovation center will provide corresponding inspiration and ideas for China's higher education to participate in the construction of inter-national science and technology innovation center.
