Development Mechanism,Synergy Mechanism and Realization Path of New Quality Productivity in the New Era
Accelerating the development of new quality productivity reflects the strategic orientation of fur-ther emancipating and developing social productive forces,optimizing the structure of productive forces,and achieving high-quality development in China.Therefore,a deep understanding of the development mechanism of new quality productivity,clarifying its coordination mechanism,and expanding its practice path will help to provide a theoretical reference for accelerating the development of new quality productivi-ty.This paper analyzes three technical paths for the development of new quality productivity,and explains the development mechanism of new quality productivity from the combination of production factors,optimal combination and qualitative changes of productivity caused by the jump of optimal combination in the or-ganization and combination of technical methods.It analyzes the synergistic mechanism for the development of new quality productivity from the perspectives of the cycle mechanism of"education-technology-talent",the transformation mechanism of"technology-market-industry",the linkage mechanism of"Enterprise-Government-Region"and the new national system.It also proposes a realization path of new quality pro-ductivity from five aspects:promoting industrial innovation-driven development,building a high-standard market system,optimizing government economic governance,promoting regional coordinated development and promoting common prosperity.
