Theoretic Logic and Practical Path of Precision Assistance of Private Enterprises in Promoting Common Prosperity in the New Era
This study reveals how private enterprises promote common prosperity through their business op-erations in the context of the new era economy.Through methods such as field surveys,in-depth inter-views,and questionnaires,it identifies the main challenges private enterprises face in implementing com-mon prosperity strategies.These challenges include understanding differences in the cognition of the concept of common prosperity,dilemmas in strategic path selection,and achieving a win-win balance a-mong various stakeholders'interests.Based on a systematic study of 261 case companies,six effective paths to aid the practice of common prosperity have been summarized.Through the communication with 14 experts in the field of common prosperity and the application of methods such as the Delphi method,Ana-lytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,an effect evaluation system for va-rious common prosperity paths has been constructed,and a multi-dimensional analysis of the benefits of each path has been conducted.The study finds that firstly,actively promoting common prosperity can en-hance the recognition of private enterprises in the public domain,providing opportunities for their develop-ment.Secondly,enterprises should choose common prosperity paths according to their own characteristics.Lastly,the evaluation system can help enterprises tailor highly adaptable common prosperity plans.
