The Application of PBL Teaching Model in the New Business Virtual Simulation Experiment Course:Taking the Course"Management Decision Simulation"as an Example
Virtual simulation experiment course is an important part of new business practice teaching sys-tem.The innovation of experimental course teaching mode is an important measure of"first-class"course construction.This study,by taking Management Decision Simulation course as an example,aims to pro-mote the reform of traditional business experimental course teaching model from three aspects:application value of PBL teaching model,teaching status quo of Management Decision Simulation course and applica-tion process of PBL teaching model,so as to provide reference for the construction of new business virtual simulation experiment course.This model,by placing student team in the situation of business decision-making,takes problem-oriented and project-oriented approach,and carries out active learning and explor-atory practice combining online and offline models under the guidance and assistance of teachers.In this way,it is hoped to improve students'ability to solve complex problems with interdisciplinary knowledge,communication and collaboration ability and innovative thinking ability,and cultivate students to become application-oriented talents of new business.
