地方高校指向卓越语文教师核心能力培养的探索与实践

在指向卓越语文教师的培养中,基于文本分析的阅读能力和基于文化创新的写作能力的培养是两个重要支点,建构"读行写"互融共生核心能力培养课程体系,实现课程教学从校内到校内的延伸,拓宽阅读与写作的空间与视野;"校校""校地"协同机制的建立,实现了理论与实践的无缝衔接,提升汉语言文学师范专业学生对教育教学与文化传承中个体价值的认知度;成果交流机制的逐步完善,发挥人才的培养的引领与示范作用.在多年探索与实践中,为地方基础教育培养了一大批优秀的语文教学骨干、语文教师名师和特级教师,是地方高校指向卓越语文教师培养模式的有益探索.
Exploration and Practice of Cultivating the Core Competency of Excellent Chinese Language Teachers in Local Universities
The cultivation of excellent Chinese language teachers highlights two important points:the cultiva-tion of reading ability based on text analysis and writing ability based on cultural innovation.We have con-structed a curriculum system for cultivating the core competency of"reading action and writing"integration and symbiosis,realized the extension of curriculum teaching from campus to campus,and expanded the space and perspective of reading and writing.The establishment of a"School-School"and"School-Local"collaborative mechanism has achieved seamless integration of theory and practice,enhancing the awareness of individual values in education,teaching,and cultural inheritance among students majoring in Chinese language and literature in normal universities.The mechanism for exchanging achievements has been im-proved,and the demonstration and guidance of talent cultivation have been give full play.Through years of exploration and practice,we have cultivated a large number of outstanding Chinese language teaching back-bones,renowned Chinese language teachers,and master teachers for local basic education,so this model is a beneficial exploration for local universities to cultivate excellent Chinese language teachers.
