The Training Modes of Excellent Music Teachers in Local Universities:Based on the Analysis of Shaoxing University's Practice
The Teacher Education Accreditation,as the national accreditation standard,has pointed out the direction for the training model of excellent music teachers.The training model of excellent music teachers can refer to the three-level standards of teacher education accreditation and the 5Cs framework of key competencies,combine the current situation of China's teacher education curriculum with the results of the research on the needs of the basic education,comply with the requirements for the high-quality de-velopment of basic music education in the new era,and set up the core concepts of"emphasis on the culti-vation of talents,practice-oriented,and lifelong learning",so as to enable the students in normal universi-ties to perceive the cultivation goal of excellent music teachers during the comprehensive practice of culti-vation of talents.Shaoxing University's music major program takes choral teaching as a starting point,and builds a professional music teaching model that integrates creation and performance,internationalization and localization,features the"integration of choral,performance,and innovation"and realizes the inte-gration of teaching,performance and creation.This has explored a new realistic path for the cultivation of excellent music teachers in the context of the Teacher Education Accreditation.
