A questionnaire survey was conducted on 489 employees to complete a set of scales including workaholism, job characteristic, job stress, job motivation and job emotion to explore the latent profile of employee's workaholism, and the difference job experience of each profile. The results showed as follows:(1)A model of four latent classes of workaholism was supported:high-workaholism group,moderate-wor-kaholism group, working excessively obvious group, and working compulsively obvious group.(2)36~45 years old and married employees were more likely to be reported as high-workaholism than other people;employee who were over age 46 or who were single were more likely to be reported as non-workaholism;(3)high-workaholism group and moderate-workaholism group scored significantly higher on job demand, job control, job efficacy, achievement motivation and job stress than the other two groups, but there was no significant difference on job emotion only. The conclusion was that the distinct differences among four latent classes of workaholism were obvious, and the latent classes were related to type of age and matrimo-ny.Significant group differences were found on job characteristic, job motivation and job stress, but not on job emotion.
