摘要

"碳达峰"目标下轨道交通对中等城市商业布局的影响如何?通过"时间偏好"假设,构建出行范围计量模型,分析在步行、自行车、电动车、公交车等接驳方式下,轨道交通对城市商业服务设施的影响范围,认为在汽车逐渐普及的背景下,轨道交通对公众出行的影响范围较之前有所收缩,在城区一般不超过1.5 km,郊区不超过3 km.商业服务设施在此范围内布局,可以引导公众采用更绿色环保的轨道交通出行,减少自驾导致的高碳排放,助力实现"碳达峰"的目标.

Abstract

This article builds a travel range measurement model based on the assumptions of"time prefer-ence"to analyze the influence range of rail transit on urban commercial and service facilities under various connection methods such as walking,cycling,electric vehicles,and buses.It is found that,with the grad-ual popularization of automobiles,the influence range of the subway on public travel has contracted com-pared to the past,generally not exceeding 1.5 km in urban areas and 3 km in suburban areas.The layout of commercial and service facilities within this range can guide the public to adopt greener and more envi-ronmentally friendly rail transit,reducing the high carbon emissions caused by self-driving and helping to achieve the goal of"carbon peak."
