The Ethical Framework of Huaben Novel Rewriting:A Case Study of the Multi-dimensional Ethics Reconstruction of Text in Yang Qianzhi Meets the Monk in the Boat
This paper focuses on the change of the ethical framework of the text outside the perspective of traditional narrative analysis, establishes the theoretical correlation between story reconstruction and the ethical framework, and explains its cultural causes. In the 19th volume of Ancient and Modern Novels,Yang Qianzhi Meets the Monk in the Boat,Feng Menglong rewrites the stories of the Song Dynasties, blends and reconstructs the history of Southwest China, and transforms the time ethics of the text. The ethi-cal framework of the folk text as the pretext is superimposed and presented as conflicts, confrontations, and hierarchies between humans and animals, genders, and the ethics of the three religions. At the same time, the story is influenced by the writing paradigm of the relationship between Yi and Xia in the literary tradition, such as historical biography and strange notes.Among them, the micro ethical frameworks, such as the ethical significance of landscape and objects, and the lack of causal structure,is related to the real social and cultural changes in the late Ming Dynasty, reflecting the ethical cognitive consensus of"Yi Xia"in the Ming Dynasty.
