Moving Towards a"Communicable City":On the Practical Path of Intangible Cultural Heritage Medialization in the Perspective of Urban Communication
The dissemination of Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH)in the current era of networking,glo-balization and medialization is actually the practice of intermediation in urban space. This study emphasizes that the achievement of"communicable city"is based on ICH Medialization through two pairs of relation-ships:the coordination between"modernity"and"tradition"of urban culture, and the balance between"local"and"global"of the city. The ICH has been embedded in daily life and cyber fields, promoting the integration of urban heterogeneous cultures and the construction of"communication"and"dialogue"spaces between people and cities. The broadcasting and output of ICH in different forms and contents ena-bles traditional culture to be re-recognized,awakens people's deep-seated identity and emotional identifi-cation,and realizes the transformation from"cultural consciousness"to reshaping"cultural confidence".
