On the Structural Function and Implementation Mechanism of Practical Teachingof High School Ideological and Political Courses
Theoretical teaching and practical teaching constitute the teaching system of ideological and po-litical courses in high schools,and jointly complete the task of ideological and political education.Howev-er,the current practical teaching research in this field mainly focuses on the specific form level,but lacks corresponding theoretical analysis.Parsons's structural functionalism fits the theoretical needs and internal logic of practical teaching in high school ideological and political courses.The practical teaching in high school ideological and political courses can be structured into an action system composed of actors,goals,situations,normative orientation and other elements,and its internally generatedsubsystems have different functional characteristics and show different functions from theoretical teaching,that is,adaptation,goal attainment,integration and latent pattern maintenance functions.Based on this functional structure,at the mechanism level,the four functions of practical teaching of high school ideological and political courses are promoted from the aspects of ensuring resource supply,coordinating government leadership,providing feedback on teaching effects and introducing value judgment mechanism.
