Needs Characteristics and Precise Strategies of Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education in Local Colleges and Universities:Taking the Course of"Management Communication"as an Example
It is one of the important directions and measures in the field of higher education to comprehen-sively promote the curriculum-based ideological and political education inuniversities,integrate professional courses and ideological and political education,and effectively promote precise ideological and political education.Based on a combination of questionnaires and qualitative research of texts,a survey was conducted on freshmen and sophomores majoring in Business Management at S University in two stages combined with the teaching cycle so as to understand university students'perception on curriculum-based ideological and political education andspecific need characteristics of curriculum-based ideological and po-litical education in the"Management Communication"course.It is found that:(1)The curriculum-based ideological and political education has exhibited initial progress.(2)Teachers play a crucial role in the implementation of curriculum-basedideological and political education.(3)There are similarities and differences in the needs of curriculum-based ideological and political education for students of different grades,which are reflected in four aspects,such as preferences for ideological and political elements and learning habits.Therefore,it is imperative to,based on the characteristics of grades,majors and courses,satisfy the precise needs of students so as to better improve the pertinence and effectiveness of curriculum-basedideological and political education.
