The Model of Cultivating University English Teachers'Literacy of Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education in the Context of New Liberal Arts
The construction of"New Liberal Arts and Curriculum for Ideological and Political Education"requires university English teachers to possess interdisciplinary political literacy,interdisciplinary specialty literacy,interdisciplinary humanity literacy,and interdisciplinary digital literacy so as to adapt to and a-chieve the goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents.Combined Boyatzis's and Korthagen's onion model,the study constructs an onion model of motivation and mission(moral educa-tion),belief(interdisciplinary political literacy),self-awareness(interdisciplinary humanity literacy),knowledge and skills(interdisciplinary specialty literacy and interdisciplinary digital literacy),and context(new liberal arts and curriculum-based ideological and political education)from the inside out.It also cre-ates a literacy cultivation model for curriculum-basedideologicaland politicalabilities,corpus construction,construction of teachers'communitiesagainst the background of interdisciplinary disciplines,framing a multi-dimensional and comprehensive literacy cultivation system.
