Fostering international students is the important symbol of internationalization of Chinese higher education as well as important measure of promoting Chinese international influence.To realize the"con-vergence management"of international students in China,it is necessary for international students to iden-tify with China's rule of law and consciously abide by China's legal system.However,due to cultural differences of Chinese and foreign countries,lack of course contents for rule of law education for interna-tional students,and insufficient teaching resources for supporting rule of law education for international students,obstacles still exit regarding cultivation of their identification with China's rule of law.Therefore,how to overcome the impact of unfavorable factors and enhance international students'identifi-cation with the rule of law to improve convergence management of international students is an urgent prob-lem that local universities need to solve.
