摘要
"枫桥式"平安校园建设旨在构建基于新时代"枫桥经验"的共建共治共享的校园共同体,提升学生和家长的获得感、安全感和参与感,以平安校园小格局夯实社会稳定大格局.位于"枫桥经验"发源地的诸暨市枫桥镇中心学校在推进"枫桥式"平安校园建设过程中,获得了学生和家长的广泛认同和支持,取得了良好成效.但是,在探索过程中还存在平安校园建设内容不够全面、化解矛盾纠纷不够有力、学生和家长参与学校管理的途径和方式不多等问题.深化"枫桥式"平安校园建设需要坚持党建统领,更加丰富校园安全教育内容,更好调动校内外资源参与矛盾纠纷化解,更多激发学生和家长的自治活力,真正做到"矛盾不出校,平安不出事,服务不缺位",绽放新时代"枫桥经验"的生命力.
Abstract
The construction of a"Fengqiao Model"safe campus aims to create a collaborative,co-gov-erned,and shared campus community based on the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era,enhancing students'and parents'sense of fulfillment,safety,and participation.This approach helps solidify social stability through a small-scale safe campus framework.The Fengqiao Town Central School in Zhuji,the or-igin of the"Fengqiao Experience",received broad recognition and support from students and parents dur-ing its promotion of safe campus construction,achieving positive results.However,challenges remain,such as incomplete content,insufficient mechanisms for resolving disputes,and limited participation avenues for students and parents.To deepen"Fengqiao Model"safe campus construction,it is necessary to adhere to party leadership,enrich campus safety education,mobilize internal and external resources for conflict resolution,and stimulate the autonomy of students and parents,achieving"no incidents outside the campus,no conflicts escalated,and services adequately provided",thereby showcasing the vitality of the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era.
