In this paper,using the new spectrum set defined by the property of con-sistency in Fredholm index,we characterize the property UWΠ for bounded linear operators and their functions.Moreover,the sufficient and necessary conditions that an operator,its adjoint operator and their functions satisfy simultaneously the prop-erty UWΠ are investigated.As an application,the property UWΠ for*-paranormal operators is considered.
