始自17世纪,西方世界对中国医学和中国医学历史就产生了浓厚兴趣,逐渐形成中国医学史研究的传统并出现一批有代表性的学者,三百年间西方中国医学史的书写经历多种模式和观点的转变.21世纪初随着全球史转向,疾病史和医学史构成全球史叙事的一种模式.全球视野下如何定义"中国医学"和西方学者如何书写中国医学史,他们的关注点、方法论以及问题意识,对中国学者而言都是"他者"的眼光,具有参考价值.为了写好中国医学史,中国学者需要了解海外学者最新的研究旨趣和成果,借鉴与参考他们的研究,重新审视中国医学的定义,思考中国医学的边界.在建立中国学者与西方学者对话机制的同时,让彼此拥有更加全球化的观点,既能兼顾比较又能跨越时空进行连接.
Abstract
The writing of the history of Chinese medicine in the West has undergone various models and perspectives in the past 300 years.With the turn towards global history at the beginning of this century,the history of disease and the history of medicine have become a mode of global historical narrative,making Chinese medicine and epidemics significant research subjects.How to define"Chinese medicine"from a global perspective and how Western scholars write the history of Chinese medicine,focusing on their points of interest,methodologies,and issues,represent the other's perspective for Chinese scholars.This article introduces the latest research approaches and findings of overseas scholars.While drawing on and referring to their research,it re-examines the definition of Chinese medicine and reflects on its boundaries.By establishing a dialogue mechanism between Chinese and Western scholars,it aims to foster more global perspectives,accommodating comparative studies while connecting across time and space.
