基于PBL教学法与实验对照组设计相结合的实验教学探索

通过结合问题导向学习(PBL)教学法与实验对照组设计,探索了其在分子医学综合实验课程中的应用效果.研究对象为临床八年制医学生.教师通过将传统教学与PBL结合的教学模式,强调学生的主动学习和团队合作,以实验对照组设计为载体,加深学生对实验原理的理解和应用.实验结果显示,采用PBL结合实验对照组设计的教学方法相较于传统教学方法显著提高了学生的实验设计能力、实验操作技能及科研思维能力,同时增强学生的批判性思维和团队合作精神.学生满意度调查显示,多数学生对新教学模式表示认可和满意.因此,PBL结合实验对照组设计的教学法在分子医学实验教学中具有积极的应用前景.
Research on a combination of PBL and control group design in the course of molecular medicine comprehensive experiments
This study integrated problem-based learning(PBL)with control group design to investigate its application in the course of comprehensive experiments of molecular medicine.The research was conducted in students from an eight-year program of clinical medicine,and a combined teaching method of traditional instruction and PBL was adopted,emphasizing active learning and teamwork.The experimental design of control group was utilized to facilitate the students'understanding and application of experimental princi-ples.The results indicated that,compared to traditional teaching method,the combined teaching method significantly enhanced students'abilities in experimental design,operational skills,and scientific thinking,as well as strengthened critical thinking and team cooperation in the students.A questionnaire survey was conducted and the results revealed that the majority of students were satisfied with the new teaching model.Therefore,the teaching method combining PBL with control group design has a promising application prospect in the experimental teaching of molecular medicine.
