The proposal of New Medicine has brought opportunities for the integration of medical and engineering disciplines,and it has also put forward new requirements for higher medical education and teaching.Based on the actual situation of the specialty of medi-cal imaging and their teaching practice,the authors elaborate on the models and methods of improving practical and innovative abilities in the college students of medical imaging from the aspects of innovative medical talent cultivation models,stage characteristics of talent development,potential problems,and corresponding measures.This paper aims to provide reference for innovative practical education in similar programs.
