基于协同理论的药学研究生实践教学模式探究

摘要
研究生教育是新时代创新人才培养的主要阵地,对研究生培养质量提出了更高的要求.优质的研究生教育资源对研究生培养至关重要.文章以南京医科大学研究生优质教育资源建设课程-以重大疾病为导向的高端制剂研究及开发前沿为例,围绕药学专业研究生"实践金课"建设,探讨产学研医协同育人模式在药学专业研究生培养以及指导课程建设中的重要作用,寻找提升研究生培养质量、培养拔尖创新药学人才的新思路.
Abstract
As the main positions of innovative talents cultivation,postgraduate education has put forward higher requirements on teaching quality.High-quality education resources are crucial for postgraduate education.Taking the course of"Research and Devel-opment Frontiers in Major Diseases Oriented Advanced Pharmaceutical Preparations"(also a construction course of high-quality post-graduate education resources in Nanjing Medical University)as an example,this paper focuses on the construction of"Golden practice course"for postgraduate students of pharmacy,discusses the role of synergetic education model of industry-university-research-medi-cal science in the talent cultivation and course construction of pharmacy,and then explores new ideas to improve the quality of post-graduate cultivation and cultivate top-notch innovative pharmaceutical talents.
