6S管理在医学机能学实验室中的应用

摘要
教学实验室是高校开展实验教学的重要场所,其管理水平直接影响着实验教学质量和学生的培养质量.针对医学机能学实验室管理存在的问题,浙江大学基础医学实验教学中心将6S管理理念引入实验室日常管理中,着重从实验室仪器耗材、实验室环境和实验室安全三个方面进行管理探索.实践表明,通过实施6S管理模式,实验室资源分配更合理,实验教学环境极大提高,师生的安全意识更强,实验教学效果更理想,学生的实验素养得到较大提升.
Abstract
Teaching laboratories are important places of experimental teaching in universities,and the management level is closely re-lated to the quality of experimental teaching and the quality of talent cultivation.In view of the problems identified in medical functional science laboratory management,the authors introduced 6S Method to the routine management of the laboratory and explored the new management method from three aspects:laboratory instruments and consumables,laboratory environment,and laboratory safety.With the implementation of 6S management method,laboratory resources were allocated in a more reasonable way,the experimental teaching environment was greatly improved,teachers and students raised their awareness of safety,experimental teaching effects were improved,and the students'experimental literacy was much improved.
