基础医学青年教师教学能力培养模式的建立

随着医学高等院校教育"双一流"建设的深化推进,青年教师成为高校师资队伍建设中的主力军.文章在分析基础医学青年教师教学能力及存在问题的基础上,通过对青年教师教学基本功的强化、教学和学术能力协同培养以及科研能力提升三个阶段的培养,提出分阶段培养与考核模式并行,从而推动基础医学青年教师教学能力水平向纵向深提升.
Construction of teaching ability cultivation model for novice teachers of basic medicine
With the deepening of the construction of"Double first-class"education in medical colleges and universities,novice teachers have become the main force of teaching staff.This paper analyzes the teaching ability of novice teachers of basic medicine,identifies major problems in their teaching practice,and proposes a parallel model of training and assessment.This phase-wise cultiva-tion model comprises three phases:strengthening of basic teaching skills,synergetic cultivation of teaching and academic ability,and the improvement of scientific research ability,aiming to promote the teaching ability of novice teachers of basic medicine.
