新医科背景下医学免疫学教学改革探索

摘要
医学免疫学是所有医学专业的基础学科之一,也是当前生物医学研究的热点领域之一.在新医科背景下,郑州大学基础医学院积极推进医学免疫学课程教学改革,在改革过程中探索和实践线上线下混合式理论课教学,虚实结合实验教学等方式、方法,克服了传统教学填鸭式授课的弊端,有助于激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生的综合素养,培养学生的创新性和主观能动性,为培养具有正确人生观、价值观的复合型医学人才,提升教学质量奠定基础,也为医学相关课程教学改革提供了有益的启示和经验.
Abstract
Medical immunology is a basic course for all medical specialties and is also a prominent topic in current biomedical re-search.In the context of"New Medicine",the authors carried out teaching reform in the course of medical immunology,in which an online and offline blended mode was adopted in theoretical teaching and virtual experiments are combined with real experiments in ex-perimental teaching.This approach can overcome the drawbacks of traditional"cramming"method,for it stimulates students'interest in learning,enhances their comprehensive literacy,and fosters their creativity and initiative.These efforts aim to cultivate well-round-ed medical professionals with proper outlook on life and moral values,improve teaching quality,and provide reference for the teaching reform of related medical courses.
