Integration of medicine and science is an important method for cultivating excellent medical talents under the background of New Medicine.Organic chemistry,as a classic course of science,helps to cultivate outstanding medical talents.In order to adapt to the talent cultivation model under the background of"New Medicine",the teaching team reformed the organic chemistry course,inclu-ding updating educational goals and teaching concepts,constructing teaching resources library,integrating ideological and political education with classroom teaching,reforming teaching methods,and building teaching teams.The teaching reform can significantly improve the scientific literacy and innovation ability in students,improve their knowledge system,and achieve integration of medicine and science.
