As an important bridge discipline between pharmacy and medicine,clinical pharmacy played a crucial role in improving the quality of medical care and the level of pharmaceutical research.It runs through the entire process of new drug development,including the study of pharmacokinetics,bioavailability,and bioequivalence of new drugs in clinical trials.Undergraduates of clinical pharmacy are required to learn about modern analytical technologies to conduct quantitative analysis of biological samples,an important practical link in clinical trials of new drugs.New drug research and development based on modern analytical techniques is also one of the main career choices for graduates of clinical pharmacy.Based on the industry demands and the characteristics of the specialty,the authors explored the talent cultivation model of clinical pharmacy based on modern analysis technology and carried out a series of teaching reforms,and they also discussed the implementation of the cultivation model to provide reference for similar programs.
