Medical immunology is an important professional course for medical students.As an emerging dynamic frontier interdisci-plinary field,it plays a vital role in life science and medicine.Experiments are an important part of the course of medical immunology,because they can facilitate the understanding of abstract and complex theoretical knowledge of immunology in the students.With the traditional experimental teaching mode,the students have few opportunities to practice and thus fail to understand theoretical knowledge thoroughly and master experimental skills.In order to achieve the objectives of experimental teaching,the authors have carried out re-forms in the experiment teaching of medical immunology by adjusting the teaching plan,recording videos for online teaching,flipping the classroom,adding virtual simulation experiments,and optimizing evaluation methods.All the measures help students to learn more easily,understand theoretical knowledge better,improve practical ability,and cultivate innovative thinking,and the overall teaching quality has been improved.
