This article discusses the strategies for cultivating innovative talents and enhancing scientific research capabilities in students,particularly the construction of a diversified,open,and practical learning platform.The article introduces the innovative open platform of dual-mentor system,a multi-level systematic experimental teaching system,and innovative teaching methods,aiming to cultivate scientific research abilities and clinical practice abilities in students.This article also emphasizes the importance of laboratory safety education and proposes strategies for establishing and optimizing the experimental teaching evaluation system to promote continu-ous improvement in teaching quality.
