In order to meet the requirements of medical talents cultivation,the authors clarified the characteristics of the course of re-gional anatomy,set the cultivation goals of clinical medical students,and optimized the existing teaching system.Based on the OBE concept,the authors improved the teaching method and integrated CBCL method into the course system.A comprehensive reform was carried out in the aspects of teaching mode,practical teaching,and assessment,aiming to enhance the course's innovativeness and challengingness,motivate the students,and develop innovation and problem-solving abilities in the students.
