专业文献阅读在临床药学人才培养中的探索

临床药学专业本科生的专业文献阅读能力对于其学习专业知识与人才培养有着重要作用,而目前大多数学生都存在专业文献阅读能力不足、理解不深入的情况.为适应临床药学专业人才培养模式(生物-医学-临床药学)的转变,进一步提升人才培养质量,广州医科大学在教学中将专业文献检索、阅读和汇报三者有机结合,选择与临床药学服务密切相关内容,包括个体化药物监测、药学服务与评估体系、药物临床试验与评价、药物利用与药物经济学和药品不良反应等专题,通过对文献归类整理、阅读技巧、思路提炼和课堂汇报等多维度训练,培养学生深入阅读分析专业文献的能力,不仅提高了学生开展科研工作的素养,也为今后从事临床药学服务工作和解决临床问题奠定了基础.
Exploration on the teaching mode of professional literature reading for the undergraduates of clinical pharmacy
The ability to read and understand professional literature plays a crucial role in the acquisition of professional knowledge for the undergraduates of clinical pharmacy,however,most students fail to read professional literature efficiently and understand thor-oughly.According to the new requirements of talent cultivation model of biology-medicine-clinical pharmacy,the authors carried out teaching reforms to integrate the retrieval,reading,and reporting of professional literature into classroom teaching,aiming to improve the quality of talent cultivation.They chose the literature closely related to clinical pharmacy services and divided them into different categories:individualized drug monitoring,pharmaceutical care and evaluation systems,drug clinical trials and evaluations,drug utili-zation and pharmacoeconomics,and adverse drug reactions.The training methods includes literature classification and organization,reading skills development,idea refinement,and oral presentation,so that the students can develop abilities to read and analyze pro-fessional literature in depth.This training not only improves the students'scientific research literacy,but also lays a foundation for their future career in clinical pharmacy services and clinical practice.
