The ability to read and understand professional literature plays a crucial role in the acquisition of professional knowledge for the undergraduates of clinical pharmacy,however,most students fail to read professional literature efficiently and understand thor-oughly.According to the new requirements of talent cultivation model of biology-medicine-clinical pharmacy,the authors carried out teaching reforms to integrate the retrieval,reading,and reporting of professional literature into classroom teaching,aiming to improve the quality of talent cultivation.They chose the literature closely related to clinical pharmacy services and divided them into different categories:individualized drug monitoring,pharmaceutical care and evaluation systems,drug clinical trials and evaluations,drug utili-zation and pharmacoeconomics,and adverse drug reactions.The training methods includes literature classification and organization,reading skills development,idea refinement,and oral presentation,so that the students can develop abilities to read and analyze pro-fessional literature in depth.This training not only improves the students'scientific research literacy,but also lays a foundation for their future career in clinical pharmacy services and clinical practice.
