科教融汇背景下药物筛选与评价综合实验的教学探索

科教融汇是新时代社会发展衍生出的重要命题,是培养高质量创新型人才的关键路径.药学专业实验中各门课程相对独立,内容关联性不强,学生难以实现知识点的融会贯通,不能满足提升科研能力和创新能力的人才培养要求.文章以药物筛选与评价综合实验为例,将药学领域科研成果融入教学过程中,串联药学专业理论和实践知识,整合多学科内容,设立创新性综合实验课程;具体着眼于新药研发环节中的筛选与评价过程,以此夯实学生专业知识理论基础,持续提升学生对知识的综合运用能力,全面增强学生的科研思维与创新能力,为培养药学高质量人才提供有力支撑.同时,教学过程中产生的实验数据等可为科研项目提供实践基础和数据积累,持续实现教学与科研的融合.
Teaching exploration on comprehensive experiments of drug screening and evaluation under the background of scientific research-education integration
The integration of scientific research and education is an important proposition derived from the social development of the new era and a key pathway for cultivating high-quality innovative talents.The pharmaceutical experimental courses are relatively inde-pendent and the content is not strongly interconnected,making it difficult for students to integrate knowledge points.The traditional ed-ucational mode fails to meet the requirements for cultivating talents with enhanced research and innovation abilities.Taking the compre-hensive experiments on drug screening and evaluation as an example,the authors created an innovative comprehensive experimental course,which incorporates scientific research into classroom teaching,combines theories with practice,and integrates content from multiple disciplines.Focusing on the screening and evaluation process in new drug development,the course aims to solidify students'theoretical foundation in professional knowledge and continuously improve their ability to apply knowledge comprehensively.This ap-proach can significantly enhance the students'scientific research thinking and innovation capabilities,providing robust support for the cultivation of high-quality pharmaceutical talents.Concurrently,experimental data generated during the teaching process can provide practical groundwork and data accumulation for research projects,further realizing the integration of teaching and scientific research.
