Case-based learning plays an important role in the teaching of pharmacology.Taking the teaching of antibiotics as an ex-ample,this article investigated a combined online and offline teaching method based on clinical cases in pharmacology.Typical com-prehensive clinical cases were provided for the students before class,clinical medication precautions were emphasized during class,and case analysis and discussion were conducted online after class.To evaluate the teaching model,the authors conducted a questionnaire survey and final examination to study the students'learning interest,knowledge application ability,and clinical thinking skills,aiming to provide reference for similar teaching reforms in the course of pharmacology.
