"一体两翼"训练体系助力培养创新型基础医学研究生

研究生是创新体系的生力军和主力军.能否培养出科研创新型研究生人才,是衡量高校办学质量和办学水准的重要指标.基于国家对于基础医学人才创新能力培养的重大需求及深圳大学争创"双一流"大学建设的重要立足点,聚焦当前基础医学研究生培养过程中存在的研究生科研创新能力不足,特别是原始创新能力较为薄弱的突出问题,依托深圳大学医学部优质科研平台、依靠高水平师资队伍,经初步构思及凝练,探索出一种全新的以培养创新型科研人才为结果导向,以建立完善的保障体系为主体,以推进"三早举措"和"文献研讨会"为两翼的"一体两翼"基础医学研究生培养模式;从根本上提升研究生科研创新原始动力,初步培养出一批具有科研创新能力的适应新时代需求的高水平基础医学人才.
Construction of the training system of"One body,two wings"to cultivate innovative postgraduates of basic medicine
Graduate students are the main force of the innovation system,and the cultivation of innovative postgraduates is an impor-tant indicator of the education quality of universities.There is a strong demand for the innovation ability in talents of basic medicine at the national level,and Shenzhen University strives hard to be certified as one"Double First-class"university.The authors identified problems in the cultivation of postgraduates of basic medicine,especially the problem of insufficient innovation in scientific research,then they conducted teaching reforms accordingly,relying on the high-quality research platform and teaching staff of the University.They constructed a novel outcome-oriented system to cultivate innovative talents of scientific research in the basic medicine.This"One body,two wings"system is structured with a comprehensive security system as the main body,and"Strategy of Three Earlierness"and"Journal Club"as two wings.This system aims to motivate the postgraduates to do more original scientific research,so that they can become quality basic medical talents that can meet the needs of the new era.
