摘要

新医科建设背景下,文章结合地方医学院校办学定位,提出了创新型卓越医学人才培养实现路径.基于专业教育、创新创业教育、开放式教育三个维度融合贯通,从综合性育人平台、育人方式、师资队伍、考评机制等方面进行探讨,形成校园有效有质育人新生态,推进教育改革、科技创新、人才塑造协调统一,为医学院校卓越人才培养提供参考.

Abstract

In the context of the construction of New Medicine,this paper proposed the path to cultivating innovative and excellent medical talents,based on the positioning of local medical colleges.This paper constructs a cultivation model of integrating three dimen-sions of professional education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and open education,then it discusses the model from the aspects of comprehensive education platform,education methods,teaching staff,and evaluation mechanism.These efforts aim to estab-lish new ecology of effective and quality education on campus,and promote the coordination and unity of education reform,scientific and technological innovation,and talent cultivation,providing a reference for the cultivation of outstanding medical talents.
