Genome biology is an important course for related specialties of medicine and biology,and this inter-disciplinary course is characterized by knowledge that need to be constantly updated.This paper discusses the teaching reform conducted in the course of ge-nome biology in terms of teaching content,teaching materials,political and ideological education,teaching forms,and assessment methods.The exploration aims to expand basic theories and combine teaching,scientific research,and clinical practice,providing ref-erence for similar teaching reforms.
