基于三早教育理念的医学生人体解剖学实践活动初探

现代医学模式对医学人才培养提出了更高的要求.该研究以三早教育理念为指导,充分利用人体解剖学教学、科研资源,通过参观人体标本陈列馆、人文教育基地、科研实验平台以及进行动物解剖等方法,对医学类新生进行专业课程早实践、医学人文教育以及早期科研训练等人体解剖学实践活动,并对实践活动的效果进行了初步分析.研究表明,此次实践活动不仅提高了学生对人体解剖学课程以及科学研究的兴趣,还使他们对遗体捐献及大体老师有了清晰的认识,从而坚定了他们为医学事业奋斗的信心和决心.人体解剖学实践活动不仅是将三早教育与医学专业课程相结合,进而引导医学志趣、培养人文精神的一次大胆尝试,也为其他医学专业课程开展实践活动提供了思路和借鉴.
Teaching reform in practical activity of human anatomy for medical students based on the educational concept of"Three types of early exposure"
Modern medical model puts forward higher requirements for the medical talent cultivation.Guided by the educational con-cept of"Three types of early exposure",the teachers designed practical activities of human anatomy for medical freshmen,and the ac-tivities include early professional practice,medical humanities education,and early scientific research training.Based on the resources of anatomical teaching and scientific research,they arranged the students to visit the human specimen exhibition hall,humanistic edu-cation bases,scientific research platforms,and to conduct animal dissections,etc.The authors then conducted research on the practi-cal activities,and the results show that this teaching reform improves students'interest in human anatomy and scientific research,and the students also learn much about body donation and donors,which strengthens their confidence and determination to devote them-selves to the medical cause.The practical teaching of human anatomy combines the educational concept of"Three types of early expo-sure"with medical professional courses,increases the students'interest in medical science,and cultivates humanistic spirit in the students,providing reference for the practical teaching of other medical professional courses.
