摘要
新医科大背景下,更加注重医学生创新精神和综合素养的培养.文章针对传统生物化学实验教学中存在的痛点问题创新性地构建了"三融·四阶·五评"混合式教学模式.该模式秉持以学生为中心的育人理念,通过三融(线上线下混合、虚实结合、思政融合),四阶(课前、课中、课后、课外),五评(知识点评价、实验技能评价、过程性评价、总结性评价、创新能力评价),促进医学生团队合作能力、解决复杂问题能力、探究能力和创新能力等综合能力的全面发展,旨在提升医学院校人才培养质量,为新时代发展和社会需要提供卓越医学人才.
Abstract
Under the background of"New Medicine",more emphasis has been placed on the cultivation of innovative ability and comprehensive qualities in medical students.The authors constructed an innovative blended teaching mode of"Three Integrations,Four Stages,and Five Evaluations"in biochemistry experimental teaching,based on student-centered educational philosophy.The mode is composed of three parts:"Three integrations"(online and offline integration,virtuality-reality integration,and integration of ideolog-ical and political education elements),"Four stages"(pre-class,in-class,after-class,and outside of class),and"Five evalua-tions"(knowledge points evaluation,experimental skills evaluation,formative evaluation,summative evaluation,and innovation ability evaluation).This mode can help improve medical students'abilities to collaborate,solve complex problems,inquire,and innovate,thus enhancing the quality of talent cultivation and meeting social needs of new era.
