Application of SPOC combined with CBL teaching mode in the course of physiology
As a main course of basic medicine,physiology plays an indispensable role in the whole medical education,and there is considerable overlap between physiology and other courses of basic medicine and clinical medicine.With continuous advancement of education reform,the exploration on new teaching modes in the course of physiology has a great significance for the improvement of teaching quality and cultivation of outstanding medical talents.Currently,colleges and universities are actively promoting the construc-tion of online courses,and Qiqihar Medical University,an"application-oriented undergraduate university",also conducts similar teaching reforms and innovation.Under the background of"New Medicine",the authors adopted SPOC(Small Private Online Cour-ses)teaching mode combined with CBL model(Case-based learning)in the course of physiology to improve teaching quality.Taking the practice teaching of"Islet endocrine"for undergraduates of clinical medicine as an example,this paper analyzes the application of SPOC combined with CBL teaching mode in the terms of course construction,teaching design and implementation,teaching evaluation and feedback,and teaching effect analysis.This study aims to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for further application of new teaching models in the course of physiology and related disciplines.
