The article explores the methods and application of constructing a physiology question bank based on Chaoxing learning platform under the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE).This paper also points out the problems with traditional physiology teaching,which fails to meet the demands of modern medical education.An OBE-oriented question bank of physiology can help en-hance students'interest in learning and improve their autonomous learning abilities.The article elaborates on the principles of question bank construction,selection of question types,content structure design,and internationalization.There are various types of questions in the question bank,with basic knowledge,experimental operations,and clinical applications involved,and these questions are cate-gorized according to difficulty levels to assess students'abilities comprehensively.The teachers designed the question bank in a scien-tific way and applied it to Chaoxing online learning platform.These efforts aim to improve the students'abilities to analyze and solve problems,improve the quality of physiology teaching and talent cultivation,and promote the teaching reform in physiology based on OBE concept.
