摘要

科教融合旨在将科学研究与教学工作结合以协同育人,是实现教育、科技、人才一体化发展的重要途径,也是当前各高校育人模式的研究热点.文章以广州医科大学药学院为例,归纳总结药学专项人才科教融合育人的具体举措,分析当前存在的问题和薄弱环节,从多个角度探讨药学科教融合育人路径.研究结果对于促进药学拔尖创新人才培养、探索科教融合药学人才培养规律和模式,具有重要的理论价值与实践意义.

Abstract

Science-education integration seeks to combine scientific research with teaching to promote synergic education.This ap-proach is an important path to the integrated development of education,scientific and technology,and talents,and it is also a focus in the research on educational models in institutions of higher learning.Taking the School of Pharmacy at Guangzhou Medical University as an example,this paper outlines specific strategies for integrating science and teaching in pharmacy education,examines the prob-lems encountered,and discusses paths to talent cultivation based on science-education integration.This study contributes to the culti-vation of top-tier innovative talents in pharmacy and the exploration on novel models of talent cultivation,providing theoretical and practical implications for pharmacy education.
