Application of co-teaching model based on course leader system
The authors applied a co-teaching model based on Course Leader System in the teaching of biochemistry and molecular bi-ology to address issues of scattering teachers and outdated teaching materials.The article reviews the theoretical foundations and current applications of Course Leader System in different educational contexts.Then it discusses the concept of co-teaching,highlighting its advantages and challenges faced,and demonstrates how this model significantly enhances teaching quality,strengthens teacher collabo-ration,and helps update course content in a timely manner.Furthermore,the article points out challenges faced in the implementation of co-teaching and anticipates future trends of technology-assisted co-teaching and interdisciplinary integration.
