摘要

文章论述了基于课程负责人制度的协同教学模式在生物化学与分子生物学教学中的应用,旨在解决当前生物化学与分子生物学教育中存在的师资力量分散、课程资源更新缓慢等问题.梳理了课程负责人制度的理论基础及其在教育领域的应用现状,详细探讨了协同教学的概念、优点与挑战,展示了该模式在提升教学质量、增强教师合作以及促进课程内容更新方面的显著效果.同时,也指出了在实施过程中面临的一些挑战,并对未来技术辅助的协同教学以及跨学科整合的趋势进行了展望.

Abstract

The authors applied a co-teaching model based on Course Leader System in the teaching of biochemistry and molecular bi-ology to address issues of scattering teachers and outdated teaching materials.The article reviews the theoretical foundations and current applications of Course Leader System in different educational contexts.Then it discusses the concept of co-teaching,highlighting its advantages and challenges faced,and demonstrates how this model significantly enhances teaching quality,strengthens teacher collabo-ration,and helps update course content in a timely manner.Furthermore,the article points out challenges faced in the implementation of co-teaching and anticipates future trends of technology-assisted co-teaching and interdisciplinary integration.
