科研导向下研究生分子生物学课程的教学探索

分子生物学作为科学研究的核心课程,其理论和方法已渗透到医学各科科学研究的领域.为了培养临床医学博士研究生从事医学科学研究的思维方式和研究手段,灵活应用分子生物学知识理解和探讨疾病的分子诊断与发病机制,教学团队对入学时451名博士研究生分子生物学知识现状进行调研,根据调研结果进行教学内容、教学模式、教学方法和考核方式方面的教学改革,旨在提升研究生灵活应用分子生物学技术分析和解决科研问题的潜能.采用基于科研文献研读翻转课堂的教学方法不仅提高了研究生学习的主动性与积极性,也激励了研究生自主探究某领域的知识兴趣,实现了"三全育人"的培育目标.
Exploration on research-informed model in the teaching of molecular biology for postgraduates
The development and improvement of medical technology depends on scientific research.Molecular biology is a core course of medical science,and its theories and technologies have penetrated research of various disciplines of medical science.PhD candidates need to develop scientific research thinking skills,and learn to conduct research on diagnosis and pathogenesis of diseases with molecular biology knowledge.The authors conducted a survey in 451 PhD candidates newly enrolled to investigate their under-standing of molecular biology.Based on the survey results,the teaching team carried out teaching reform in terms of teaching con-tent,teaching mode,teaching methods and assessment methods,aiming to improve the postgraduates'ability to analyze and solve problems with molecular biology technology.The authors adopted flipped classroom approach and focused on literature reading;these measures increased the postgraduates'motivation in learning,improved their autonomous learning ability,and helped to cultivate top medical talents.
